The Active Minds Start Model

We designed and developed the START model as an easy and positive way to allow children to engage with their mental health.

The START model serves as a valuable reminder on how we can think about and ultimately manage our  our mental health.

The model plays a big part in the Active Minds Wellbeing Warriors programme and has helped thousand of children and young people manage their mental health.
